General terms

• The sponsorship offer is reserved only for adults domiciled in France.
• There is no limit on the number of sponsored godsons.
• A single URL is generated when the sponsorship program is activated for a godfather
• When the sponsored friend clicks on the referral link and visits the TESTIH website, a tracking session variable is built into his browser that allows us to track him, provided that he continues to use the same browser on the same device or that he does not delete session variables or closes the browser until he completes the registration.

I am an Interviewer, what conditions do I have to fullfill to activate the referral program on my account?

In order to activate the referral program on your account and therefore display the referral link, you must:

• Complete your profile information
• Complete your identity information and have the status 'validated'
• Complete the Work experience, Certification and Education sections

I am an Employer, what conditions must I fullfill to activate the referral program on my account?

In order to activate the referral program on your account and therefore display the referral link, you must:

• Complete your identity information and have the status 'validated'
• Post at least one interview

My godson is an Interviewer, what conditions must he fullfill to validate the sponsorship offer?

• Your Interviewer godson must have at least 5 years of experience
• Your Interviewer godson must complete the information in his profile
• Your Interviewer godson must complete the information of his identity and have the status 'validated'
• Your Interviewer godson must complete the Work experience, Certification and Education sections
• Your Interviewer godson must carry out an interview

My godson is an Employer, what conditions must he fullfill to validate the sponsorship offer?

• Your Employer godson must complete their identity information and have the status 'validated'
• Your Employer godson must carry out an interview

What do I get with the referral program?

• If the godson is an Interviewer, the godfather and the godson will receive a bonus equal to 50% of the price of the first interview capped at 50 €
• If the godson is an Employer, the godfather and the godson will receive a bonus equal to 100% of the price of the first interview capped at 50 €
• Interviews between the godfather and the godson are not counted
• A transfer will be made directly to the bank account entered on the 'My Credit' page of your profile

What are the transfer deadlines?

• You will receive your bonus no later than 45 days after validation of the sponsorship offer
