Testih – An online marketplace to find an interviewer

Testih is an online marketplace that helps employers to find an expert who can assess candidates skills. Users then can use this site to find their suitable working partners:

  • Employers can post interviews and find the suitable interviewers to do the interviews.
  • Interviewers can find interviews and send a proposal.

In Testih, User can act 2 roles as an Employer or an Interviewer.

  • As an Employer, you can easily login to the site and start posting your interviews. Once your interview is displayed, you can search for the suitable Interviewers and invite them to submit a proposal on your interview.
  • As an Interviewer, you can provide your detailed information and find out the potential interviews.

Here’s the main workflow of Testih:

1. Post an Interview

  • An Employer can post interviews after login or signup on the site.

2. Submit a proposal on an Interview

  • Interviewers can find different interviews on the main page and start submitting proposals to join the interested interviews by the “Apply” button.
  • Besides, Employers can also invite the Interviewers first via their profiles as well. After that, the Interviewers can take a look at the interview details and decide to submit a proposal or not.

3. Accept a proposal

  • Employer will review this proposal in the interview detail page and decide to accept or ignore it.
  • When Employer chooses the most suitable Interviewer to do the interview, he clicks the “Accept” button on the proposal list.

4. Open the Workspace

  • Once a proposal is accepted, both Employer and Interviewer can open the workspace to have further discussion regarding the interview.
  • In this page, they can send a private message to each other and offer attached files as well.
  • Interviewers are invited to use the Scorecard as a support when interviewing the candidate.
  • Employers can create a meeting that will be sent to both the candidate and the interviewer.

5. Complete the interview

  • Employer will review this interview when the Interviewer finishes.
  • If the Employer is satisfied with the Interviewer work, he clicks the “Finish” button and writes a review for the Interviewer.
  • This interview is now considered as Completed, the Interviewer will press “Review & Complete” button to review and rate back for the Employer.
  • If the Employer isn’t happy with the Interviewer’s performance after reviewing the project, he can hit the “Discontinue” button to send a dispute to the admin. Admin will then resolve the dispute and choose a winner.

6. How fees work

  • Testih takes 15% fee for each transaction, paid by the Interviewer in exchange for connecting him to potential Employers and interview opportunities, or by the winner of a dispute.
